The Camp calendar is maintained by the Secretary of the Institute. The camp may be scheduled by e-mailing the web site administrator e-mail. The applicant will be mailed (or e-mailed) a camp reservation form and forms for the enrollment of each participant. These forms must be completed before the camp will be reserved for the applicant. A non refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve the camp of which $100 will be applied towards the camp use fees and the balance is a damage/cleaning fee deposit of $150 of which $100 is refunded if camp cleaning rules have been complied with and no camp damage has been incurred. $50.00 of the cleaning fee goes towards the cost of the cleaning supplies furnished by the Institute.
